Excellent stay in a hotel that exceeded our expectations
Excellent hotel with caring staff. The experience started being quite good and ended up exceeding our expectations. You cannot go wrong going there and we might even come back one day. Their strong areas are the buffet and Indian restaurant for food quality, the staff, the animation and evening shows which were astounding. The thing you take for granted like heated pool, beach and coffee did go very well too. I only have good words and can only recommend it.
We observed an improvement in the quality of their service in the week we were there. The main pool was also undergoing improvements. It is clear they are starting the season, ramping up their game and no double going in the good direction. No big issues and the minor ones were addressed during a mid-stay satisfaction survey. Excellent!

Exceptional
Stayed for 10 days. Everything is very clean and the staff is great. Would definitely recommend it.
Just a minor note, the hotel 'shopping arcade' is very overpriced. I would just go to the shops at the neighbouring Hotel at the beach.

One of the best all inclusive hotels in Hurghada!
Before booking here we had several hotel options to choose from and I couldn’t be happier to have chosen Xanadu for our stay. First the hotel is HUGE and so so beautiful. The food is great with lots of variety every day. There are restaurants to eat from all day long and alcohol as well! The staff are very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived It was also my birthday and they went above and beyond by decorating my room and bringing us cake and a bottle of wine! The hotel is so big that even if it’s at full occupancy you will still find a spot by one of the pools or by the beach If you’re confused about which hotel to choose for your stay at Hurghada I would definitely recommend Xanadu!
